In order to apply, students must be:

• Pell-eligible
• A citizen or resident of the United States

An ideal candidate will have:

• Outstanding academic performance in high school (eg. Students in the top 10% of their graduating class)
• Demonstrated leadership ability (e.g., participation in community service, extracurricular, or other activities)
• Exceptional non-cognitive skills (e.g., emotional maturity, empathy, perseverance, etc.)
